This is a contact management prompting feature for recall contacts due. Each system user has his/her own Recall List of employers and or applicants who are due to be contacted.

 

Recall dates and tasks are set on the applicable employer or applicant's note page. How to do this is covered in both help sections: Applicant Notes and Employer Notes

 

The Recall List is sortable by the column headings.

 

To remove an entry (row) from the list:

Check the box at the end of the row, and then click theat the top of the column.

 

 Send Contact an Email  opens an Email to your contact.

 

Click the Contact Name for his notes.
