Description: Non-profit financial assistance program. Assess client needs and develop individual financial action plans with each client. Provide individualized one-on-one financial/business counseling and coaching to clients. Make appropriate referrals. Develop and teach the personal finance and credit training. Follow up with IDA (Individual Development Accounts) Savings Matching Program Clients. Assist clients in preparing financial packages to obtain loans. Collect, track and write program report.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree. Have a minimum of two years of full time work experience in business, finance, financial education or advising counseling. Be knowledgeable about credit, debt and money management; savings and investment options; and safe financial products and services. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Excellent communications skills. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.
