Description: Inbound Call Center. Complete 1+ month intensive training. Respond to emergency calls and dispatch accordingly. Multi-task and interpret codes in several internet based programs. Articulate complex directions or solutions. Ideal candidates have solid communication skills, and posses a strong ability to work well under pressure. High level of customer service and professionalism are a must.
Requirements: HS diploma or GED, A.A, B.S or B.A preferred. 1 year+ experience in call center environment. Excellent customer service and technical skills. Full -time (40 hrs/week approx) Flexibility is a must. Schedule includes—days, nights, weekends and various holidays. There will not be a set schedule, but efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Operating hours: 24 hours / 7 days – Always open
