Description: Non-profit community based training provider. Provide comprehensive assessments with applicants designed to evaluate work history, education, job skills, personal qualifications, support service needs and vocational interests. Complete individualized vocational plans and provide referrals to social services, educational and vocational training programs, and job opportunities. Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation of the vocational plan. Assist with developing and maintaining partnerships with other community based organizations.
Requirements: Four years relevant work experience required. Proficient in computer systems required. Previous workforce development or social services experience, and experience working with hard-to-serve populations is strongly preferred. Bilingual English-Spanish highly desirable
