Description: Non-profit community based economic development organization. Maintain accurate electronic/paper files and records for executive office. Handles preparation of records such as notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings. Records meeting notes and prepares minutes for distribution.
Composes and types correspondence, and prepare Power Point presentations. Schedules appointments, arranges travel schedule and reservations. Prepares requests for check payments, handles financial correspondence, and petty cash fund. Temporary position, project assignments that will be on going. Must have a legal background. Working in the office of the CEO.
Requirements: Excellent organizational and communication skills, MUST be proficient in Excel, Power Point, (Access) Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate Degree acceptable, excellent writing skills. Extremely accurate with English and computer skills.
