Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction and interpret daily activities to workers methods.
Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.
Requirements: 2-3 years supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of the construction and building maintenance field. Experience reading, writing and preparing reports is a must.
